Order Processing

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means that each item is custom-created just for you! Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your items are shipped.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our print-on-demand partners and may vary slightly depending on current demand or shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's destination, weight, and size. We strive to provide transparent and fair shipping rates.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because our print-on-demand partners may fulfill items from different locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays and Issues

While we work closely with our partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as high demand, customs, or carrier issues. RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. ELIGIBILITY:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Receipt must be available or proof of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Since all apparel utilizes a print on demand service, everything on the website is considered custom and will not be refunded unless damaged or defective.

  • Size exchanges or buyer’s remorse are not covered in the return policy as all items on website are custom to each buyer.

2. PROCESS:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@ladybirdcollective.com with your order number, photos of damage or lost in transit emails, and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a new replacement item or refund.

  • Please keep original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. SHIPPING COSTS:

  • Shipping costs are covered by Lady Bird Collective for replacement items that are defective or incorrect.

  • There will be no return shipping of damaged or defective items to Lady Bird Collective.

REFUNDS

1. PROCESSING

  • Once return is approved,, we will notify you of the status of your refund or shipment of replacement items.

  • If you receive a refund, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ladybirdcollectivetx.com.

EXCHANGES

1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@ladybirdcollectivetx.com with your order number and details.

2. SIZE EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Size exchanges or buyer’s remorse are not covered in the return policy due to print on demand services at this time.

  • If you need a different size, please initiate a new order through our website
